RESTORING HUMAN DIGNITY
Civil society is built on respect for human dignity. In public schools, though, children's dignity is violated through the presentation of pornography, trans-sexualism, sexism, racism, and attempts to dehumanize the family. These distortions of the beauty and diversity of human life and sexuality see children as objects of exploitation, not as human beings as an end in themselves.

PARENTAL RIGHTS
Responsibility and authority over a child's moral development, discipline, education, and health care rests with the child's parent or legal guardian. Children belong to their families, not to the government. Legislators should refrain from interfering with parental authority except in cases of abuse.

SCHOOL SAFETY
States have implemented school discipline policies based on 'racial equity' which have created a segment of kids who consider themselves untouchable. The result: violence and chaos that endanger everyone in school buildings, like the policies that led up to the Parkland shootings. We need common sense school discipline policies that will create safe learning environments for students and teachers.

KEEP STATE & FEDS OUT OF SCHOOLS
In government schools, parents' authority should not be undermined nor should parent values be ignored. Education decisions should be made as locally as possible, reflecting the priorities and values of the parents and residents of the local community. Local control of schools allows responsibility and accountability to be alligned with authority.

STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT
American culture and economy thrive on excellence. Public schools have abandoned this ideal in favor of the Marxist principle of 'equity', which demands that all students attain equal outcomes. As a result, we see programs like social-emotional learning instead of subjects-based courses with academic rigor. School policies should pivot from social justice programs to academic courses and higher standards.

SAVE OUR GIRLS
Girls deserve fair competition – and that means the chance to maintain girls sports from boys categories. But because of sexual politics pushed by Progressives, girls have become spectators in their own sports with the end-goal of eliminating girls. We need fearless legislators to write and pass bills that will affirm the rights of biological girls to pursue athletics and other activities integral to developing their sense of self.
STOP FRAUD, WASTE & ABUSE

The North Carolina Department of Public Instruction spends $13B on education annually, and municipalities spend about as much. We demand that agencies be good stewards of taxpayer dollars, but that rarely happens. We need legislators focused on investigations, audits, and inspections of private and public organizations taking taxpayer funds that contribute to broken systems,

SCHOOL CHOICE VOUCHERS
Solid evidence suggests that attending private schools improves students' achievement and we believe that all students deserve access to rigorous academic programs. School choice benefits minorities and the poor substantially which can reverse the drastic learning losses experienced in these communities brought on by school closures.
